How to install NeoBar on Blogger/Blogspot

In the Layout tab, click Edit HTML




Scroll all the way down the HTML code of your blog and insert your NeoBar code JUST BEFORE THE < body> tag:

Click SAVE TEMPLATE, publish your blog and watch the result! :)
